Leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills both oral and written, need to be constantly demonstrable to those who report to them. A complete and comprehensive understanding of their roles in assisting both the vision and mission of the organization is critical, along with promoting the required culture to their subordinates.

We recommend a 360° or personal assessment be completed in order to allow The Focus Group/CPI coach to understand how the supervisor or manager is perceived by others, and relate this to the vision, mission, and behaviours required by the organization.

One-on-one coaching and mentoring is then introduced to eliminate any shortfalls, and provide ongoing development and improved practices over a period of time to be agreed.

The result will be a closer collaboration with every individual with whom they interact to the benefit of themselves, the organization and the bottom line.
