For executive coaching, key talent development, outplacement, and other talent management programs, our consultants begin with goal identification. Based on those goals, CPI uses CandTrak™ to configure the Online Career Portal for individual program participation.

• Consistent Delivery - CandTrak™ provides the rigorous framework necessary for consultants to deliver the same services across multiple locations.

Keeping Everyone Informed

We communicate clearly and accurately with clients, program consultants and participants using CandTrak™'s real-time data and analysis support.

• Milestone Tracking - Once we define the program milestones, consultants begin using CandTrak™ to track them. Awareness of participant status is critical to the individual counseling that makes our executive coaching, skill enhancement, and transition programs so successful.
• Reporting - Flexible reporting allows us to produce the status reports our clients want to see - by geography, department, industry or other criteria. Consultants regularly use various CandTrak™ reports to monitor progress against program and individual goals.
• Billing Accuracy - CandTrak™'s real-time data can be fed directly into the CPI invoicing process to provide accurate billing for clients.

Measuring Success

In addition to up-to-the-minute status reporting, CandTrak™ has built-in measures of program success.

• Milestone Analysis - With critical milestones in place and being tracked, we know instantly how individuals and groups are performing against program goals.
• Participant Feedback - CPI solicits feedback from individual program participants using satisfaction surveys. We use this feedback to drive ongoing service improvements.
